As a Backend Engineering Manager, you'll play a dual role in both guiding and mentoring a team of talented engineers and contributing to our organization's broader engineering strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping not just the team's performance and growth but also in driving the Engineering Strategy and solving larger engineering challenges.

Your ability to articulate a clear vision for the Backend Engineering team, aligning it with the Engineering and company’s vision, will be paramount in driving its success and, by extension, the success of our entire organization.

What You Will Do

• Guide a team of engineers through coaching, career development, and technical expertise. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work alongside other Engineering Leaders to develop and implement engineering strategies. Contribute to solving complex engineering challenges that extend beyond the immediate team.
• Collaborate effectively with peers across the engineering organization, regardless of role, to ensure alignment and effective execution of engineering goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our engineering processes.
