MrQ is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join the Human Resources team; someone who embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organisation from the creation and execution of the processes behind the employee lifecycle, labour and employee relations, performance management, career development to advising on various management issues.

What You Will Do

  • Provide employee support and collaborate with managers on talent strategy, training, engagement, and development.
  • Identify top talent internally and externally.
  • Mentor team members, fostering growth within the HR team.
  • Lead People programs that align with company goals and values.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to shape policies and solutions.
  • Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Align with business teams on workforce planning and strategy.
  • Design talent planning activities, leadership development, and succession plans.
  • Advise on compensation strategies and market trends.
  • Contribute to special projects and maintain legal compliance.

What We’re Looking Fo

  • 3+ years of People Business Partner experience at all levels.
  • Expertise in HR areas: org design, leadership, change management, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and tech-savvy (Google Suite, Slack).
  • Effective verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Results-oriented with project management skills.
  • Adaptable team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
  • High emotional intelligence and judgment.
  • Experience with remote teams.
  • Willing to handle both strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Familiarity with UK/GiB/Malta employment law is a plus.
