Developing long term sustainable relationships through engagement and interaction will
be the goal of our Customer Success Manager. Creating trust through delivering the
personal touch, proactively contacting customers, you’ll add ongoing value through
supporting our customers, listening to concerns and offering education and solutions to
build confidence and loyalty. You’ll play smart, long games !


Responsibilities:


- Outstanding customer management skills across a range of contact channels
including telephone, live chat and email
- Identify and analyse customers as they reach milestones, creating segments and
effectively utilising these to focus your attention on anticipated pain points
- Developing an effective proactive outbound contact strategy, which delivers high
levels of conversion
- Cultivating strong, sustainable, long term relationships proactively identifying needs
and identifying new opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to ensure our communications are effective
through intelligence you will have gained through your relationships and SME
knowledge
- A solid understanding of compliance requirements in various markets, protecting our
customers, brand and reputation
- Work closely with colleagues in Compliance to understand specific customer
requirements to ensure we get our communication and delivery right first time
- Build reports to evidence performance with the ability to identify and set ongoing
goals and objectives
- Competitor awareness
- Managing a team of Success consultants, in time, motivating, leading and developing
them to thrive
