As a Communication Designer at MrQ, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand's presence across all communication channels. With a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of motion graphics, and a passion for brand consistency, you'll craft compelling visuals that resonate with our audience and align with our brand guidelines and values.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Design - Execution Lead projects from conception to completion, delivering high-quality assets that effectively convey our message.
• Brand Ownership - Serve as a guardian for our evolving brand, ensuring consistency and alignment in all communication materials—support in updating our Brand Guidelines, and evolving it when necessary.
• Collaborative Execution - Engage closely with the CRM, Acquisition team, and other key stakeholders to develop engaging digital content for various media and communication platforms. We embrace feedback wholeheartedly, in giving and receiving it.
• Motion Graphics Mastery - Produce captivating assets utilising motion graphics for various marketing materials, bringing our brand's stories to life.
• Innovation & Adaptation - Champion creative solutions that resonate with our brand values and push the boundaries of design at MrQ.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your areas of expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools, such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We also use Figma a lot, so familiarity is a must.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for design.
• Strong collaborative spirit, and effective communication skills, coupled with a growth mindset.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in brand ideation and development, ensuring that all designs effectively represent and enhance brand values and identity.
