Are you ready to dive into a role that’s all about delivering top-notch, multi-channel marketing magic? We’re looking for a sharp and spirited Marketing Automation Manager to join our dynamic team and support the CRM function in implementing marketing and operational communications. You’ll support the Product Marketing team in delivering, reviewing, and optimising our CRM and operational marketing strategies and handle the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of operational and system-generated campaigns, including workflow management.

What You Will Do

• Provide support to the Product Marketing team in the delivery, review and on-going optimisation of the CRM and Operational marketing strategy.
  
• Responsible for the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of Operational and System Generated campaigns, including workflow management.
  
• Collaboration Champion: Consistently strive to collaborate with various stakeholders across the operational side of the business, championing the technology.
  
• Industry Insight: Keep abreast of industry initiatives and monitor competitor activity, highlighting areas for development.
  
• Testing and Approval: Undertake relevant testing and approval processes across the team to ensure quality and consistency.
  
• On-Brand Messaging: Ensure all messaging is on brand and resonates with our players.
  
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariant testing to optimise automations.
  
• Customer Journey Advisor: Advise on improvements to the overall customer journey, making it as smooth and delightful as possible.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A pro at multitasking and managing multiple communication channels with flair.
  
• An empathetic communicator who can tailor messages to fit the state of mind of our players – whether they’re excited, confused, or need a little extra support.
  
• 3+ years experience with a Marketing Automation platform such as dotdigital, Pardot, Responsys etc.
  
• Experience with lead scoring models and RFM models.
  
• A lover of wit and quirkiness who can bring a smile to our players’ faces through honest and transparent communication.
  
• Some gaming experience would be advantageous.
